Joseph Stiglitz is one of the most frequently cited economists in the world and is one of the most sought-after thinkers about the future of the world economy.

Professor Stiglitz is Professor of Economics at Columbia University. He is also the Chief Economist of the Roosevelt Institute and founder and Co-President of the university's Initiative for Policy Dialogue (IPD).
